Getting BetterHow long it will take you to completely heal depends on how serious your disease is. A severely compromised digestive symptoms that has been polluted with drugs for years will take longer to clean out and heal than a minor case. People in poor health may temporarily feel worse before they get better. The best thing to do is to sleep as much as you can and stick to a very simple diet of raw fruits.
