Nutrition and Athletic Performance by Dr. Doug Graham is a classic work covering why a raw food diet is the best choice for athletes.

I consider it a good starting point for anyone that wants to take their game or activity to the next level.

You might expect this book to be extremely dry, but its surprisingly concise and an overall good read. If you find athletics or nutrition interesting, you should enjoy it.
