Meet Andrew

Andrew Perlot has lost 55 pounds, gone from sedentary to marathon runner, and overcome colitis since improving his diet and lifestyle. He understands how frustrating it is to suffer from health problems, and loves helping people move toward the life they were meant to live.

Do You Need A Raw Food Coach?

As a raw food coach, my job isn't to impose my values on you, or guide you toward the improvements that I think are best. I assist my clients through a hands-on process that takes into consideration their personal goals, lifestyle, and current diet.

You don't know a lot about raw diets, but are interested in learning more;
You want help transitioning from a partial-raw (everyone eats SOME raw food, right?) diet to a 100 percent raw diet;
Your current raw diet has left you with candida, adrenal fatigue, low energy, excess body fat, or cravings;
You've done some research, but are a bit overwhelmed by the many raw diets out there;
You've tried going raw before but couldn't make it work;
A health issue is holding you back;
Time is short and you'd like someone to cut to the chase and offer some good solutions to your problems;

How Does Raw Food Coaching Work?

After you fill out the contact form below, I'll get back to you by email. Included in that email will be a questionnaire which will help me to learn what your lifestyle and weight goals are, what your current diet looks like, what health concerns you have. I'll also get a better handle on any other personal concerns you may have.

After I review your answers to the questionnaire, we'll set up our initial phone consultation. At that time you'll pay for an initial 1-hour consultation via the paypal link at the bottom of the page.

If I determine I cannot help you because your problems are outside of my range of expertise, I will suggest someone who is an expert in that area prior to our first call.

Depending on your needs, here are some things we may cover during our first call

I can provide you with a basic diet program that will put you on a path toward weight loss, good health, and improved athletic performance. If you'd like, I can give you sample meal plans to show you what eating a healthy raw diet looks like.
You'll ask as many of your questions as time allows.
We can talk about getting you through the "raw speed bumps": cravings, prior health issues or worries, and concerns about food volume.
I can suggest tweaks to your diet and lifestyle you can make to help address your health concerns.

After your initial consultation, you'll have the option of continuing with our conversations until you're where you want to be. Follow up consultations are a half hour or an hour, and also paid via the paypal link at the bottom of the page.

Raw food coaching is a great way to draw on a wealth of experience to make your transition a smooth one. You'll learn the ins and outs of this lifestyle without hopping from fad diet to fad diet, and without spending hundreds of dollars on pills and superfoods that can only harm you.
