A lot of new raw foodists have a tough time overcoming their cravings for cooked food. There's usually a pretty good reason- they're not eating enough calories from simple sugars, not enough calories in general, or not enough bulk.

But the mental associations we have between cooked food and good times in our lives can lead to cravings that are based in the mind rather than the body.

In this talk I address both sides of the cravings issue and tell you how to overcome your desire for unhealthy food.
