When I wrote about my new love of doing my work at a standing desk about six months ago, many of you emailed me to say that you were reaping benefits by doing the same, but you were also reaping some pain.

Replacing your sitting time with standing time can be fantastic for your health, but if your spine isn't in alignment, dysfunction is likely to develop sooner or later.

Hanging off the muscles and joints instead of supporting yourself with your spine leads to injuries.
