How I Got Strong On A Raw Vegan Diet


Nine months ago I completely changed up my training regimen.

I scaled way back on the running and other endurance activities that were my mainstay and instead started a strenuous strength training program.

Since the low fat raw vegan diet I've been following for years contains less protein than is considered ideal for strength athletes by nutritionists who study the subject, it would be reasonable to question whether or not I'd have much success.

But succeed I did.
