Welcome to issue #4 of the Raw-Food-Health Journal

A new year is upon us, and I've been thinking about the past one over the last few days.

I started this website in March of 08 and averaged just 5 visitors a day that month.

I've been working hard on it since then, and now my site attracts an average of 125 visitors a day, which makes me incredibly happy.

I created raw-food-health.net in the hope of spreading some simple but powerful information: You can cure what ails you merely by changing what you eat.

My raw food diet cured the colitis I suffered from for years, and provides me with more energy than I know what to do with, for which I'm so grateful.

I still look forward to my simple but delicious meals of fruits and vegetables every day.

If I can share this joy with a few people, I'll consider the site a success.

Based on the thank you emails I keep receiving, many of you have given this raw food diet a shot, and have been rewarded by renewed health.

Whatever you're eating now, I hope you'll consider moving deeper towards health in the new year.
