I've definitely been on a water kick since the last issue.

Through several articles I discuss why water is so dramatically important to us, even on a water-rich raw food diet.

In a separate article I take a look at our tap water and talk about why it's not healthy for us.

After posting those two, I got a lot of requests for distiller suggestions, so I created a review of the one I use.

This will likely be the last update I do until I put my site redesign in place. I'm planning a new, more professional look that should make it easier for you guys to navigate the site, and easier for me to run it. I've hired and artist to do a logo/header and am currently at work on the layout.

I'm pretty excited for the change, and I'll let you know when it goes live.
