A Raw Diet For A Very Sedentary Obese Person?
by Randal Sams

Randal's Question: I am a obese male in my fifties with osteoarthritis in the left hip.
Is there a raw-food-health plan/diet that will work for me? I should mention that when I have a craving it is always for MEAT!
Help!
Andrew's Answer
Hi Randal.
There's only really one healthy raw food diet, and it works for everyone, regardless of their weight or ability to exercise.
The only real variable in most cases would be in the total number of calories a person eats, not in what they're eating.
When you follow this sort of a plan properly, weight loss comes fairly rapidly and cravings cease to be a major stumbling block.
Another nice benefit is that many people find their arthritis starts to disappear, freeing them up to become more active.
If you don't feel confident in your ability to switch to a raw diet on your own, I offer one on one assistance through my coaching service.
