Are The Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces Recipes Salty, Fatty, Savory, and Oniony?

Lisa's Question About Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces: I am not totally raw yet but I really have never craved sweet things, only savory and salty, fatty.
I know as I progress, my taste buds will be fine tuned but I can't stomach the idea of sitting down to a large green salad with say, just orange juice or like I see in some videos, a squeeze of fresh lemon an voila!
I want a tiny bit of onion flavor or thickens or creaminess.
Do your recipes contain any of those elements?
By the way, you look so healthy- you also resemble Leonardo di Caprio but shinier...
Andrew's Answer:Hi Lisa. Thanks for the compliment.
A salty taste (with no added salt) and creaminess are two elements most of the
Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces recipes have in spades.
I particularly suggest you check out the Italian tomato sauce, tomato-mango dressing, corn medley dressing recipes, which have pictures on the book's landing page.
None of the recipes contain onions and all are low in fat, although you can always add a bit of avocado if you're looking to add a bit of a creamier consistency.
