Can plantain be helpful in reducing as enlarged prostate? If so can it be bought in capsules that have a higher potency?

I'm afraid that trying looking for magic cures won't do you any good. That is the solution of the medical industry, and it repeatedly fails. No matter what anyone promises you, no pill, potion, or superfood can heal you. Only the body is capable of healing itself. Read about superfoods and supplements here.

Don't get me wrong. I have no doubt you could find dozens of people willing to sell you pills, supplements and various other forms of medicine they say will help you, only they're quite unlikely to.

The only way to reverse the problem is to remove the cause of it - the standard American high fat diet.

Replace it with a healthy low fat diet based around fruits and vegetables and I think you'll find your prostate will shrink over time, although you should be aware that the body will take time to heal. The problem did not develop overnight, and nor will it disappear in a similar time frame.
