Date with A Mango Smoothie

1 Banana (peel slice and freeze at least 2 hour before)
2 or 3 medjool dates, pitted
2 Cups Almond Milk (I make my own with raw almonds)
4 or 5 distilled water ice cubes
Add your ice to the blender first and crush it. Then add add the banana and crush it a bit. Add fresh almond milk, mango, and dates and blend on high until smooth.
