Do Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces Recipes Use A Dehydrator?
Reader Question: Do the recipes in your book,
Savory Raw Dressings And Sauces, require a dehydrator to prepare?
Andrew's Answer:No, a dehydrator is not required for any recipe in the book.
All of my recipes are focused on whole, fresh, ripe, raw fruits and vegetables and the absence of harmful foods such as meat, dairy, eggs, salt, harmful spices, and other undesirables. I also don't use any hard-to-obtain or expensive ingredients.
However, one recipe does include sun-dried tomatoes as an optional ingredient. These are available at just about every grocery store, although you could technically dehydrate tomatoes in a dehydrator if you had one (I don't).
The sun-dried tomatoes add a bit of flavor and thickness to the raw tomato sauce, which is really nice.
