Anyways, I was wondering how one could thrive on a raw food diet in this modern-day where there is a lot of commercial foods and junk food.

How would you overcome your cravings? Will you be able to thrive on this diet while doing a sport, such as Taekwondo?

Hi Lochana.

A raw food diet makes far more sense now than it has since man left the narrow band of fruit-abundant equatorial forests where we evolved.

Our modern agricultural system provides us with an abundance of produce year-round, no matter where we we live, and new species of fruits and vegetables appear in supermarkets all the time.

The modern processed foods, as well as the unnecessary supplements, superfoods, and vitamins, are easily avoided in preference to healthy produce.

Craving control gets a lot easier when you're eating sufficient amounts of raw fruit, which most new raw foodists fail to do.

Thriving On Raw Food:

There is no better diet than raw fruits and vegetables for someone interested in pursuing strenuous physical activity, such as Taekwondo.

Whether you're looking to put on muscle and get stronger, power yourself through long surf sessions, or run ultra marathons, the right raw food diet will give you an edge.
