Orange and Heirloom Slaw Wraps

Ingredients:
* Nappa Cabbage -1/2 to 3/4 lb, finely chopped. (This should be around five to six cups worth once chopped)
* Three Oranges, peeled and seeded
* 1/2 hass avocado
* 2 sprigs fresh dill
* 1 lb heirloom tomatoes, halved and sliced
* romaine or butter/Boston lettuce leaves
1) Place the chopped cabbage in a bowl.
2) Blend 2 of the oranges with the avocado. Add dill and pulse blend again to combine.
3) Toss this dressing with the cabbage.
4) Cut the remaining orange into chunks and stir into the slaw.
5) Place some of the slaw onto a lettuce leaf, top with a slice or 2 of tomato, wrap and eat!
Variation: Replace oranges with very sweet pineapple -- equally delicious!
