2x handful of baby greens
1lb cherry tomatoes
1x red capscium (sweet pepper)
2x stalks of celery
handful of sun-dried tomatoes
2x medjool dates
fresh basil and oregano (optional)
Spiralize the zucchini, placing it on bed of greens. Blend half the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients until smooth, then add remaining tomatoes blending lightly leaving as many chunks as possible. Pour over noodles and ENJOY.
