I think the low-sugar craze might just be the dirty little secret of the diabetes industry. For one, if sugar is the problem, then removing it should not only stabilize blood sugar but diabetics should be fit and trim. Too often the opposite is the case. Why you ask? Look at any diabetic cook book..high levels of animal fat. This fat blocks the sugar receptors and even a small amount of sugar gets trapped in the blood. Amazing, but they don't tell you this. No they pimp out more and more animal protein and low-sugar processed foods. Wrong.

I had tested as prediabetic for about 20 years.

After 80/10/10 I now test consistently with normal blood sugar levels and, as a complete surprise, I no longer have any problems with osteoarthritis in my knees, hips, and ankles. I lost weight from 235 pounds to my current 121 pounds. I am now a dynamo of energy at 68 years old.
