Stuffed Tomato Cups

Ingredients: Large cherry tomatoes, pineapple or mango, Optional - cilantro
Take large, ripe, round, organic cherry tomatoes, cut them in half with a sharp knife (ceramic ones work best), scoop out the insides, and stuff with pineapple balls (made by using a melon baller on a ripe pineapple), or stuff with mango balls or mango pudding (blended mango).
OPTIONAL: Top with a small leaf of cilantro. Beautiful and delicious!
