Using Shampoo On A Raw Food Diet?

Jessica's Question: Hey Andrew, do you use any shampoo then? If you don't, how do you handle your hair (the greasiness)? I've been trying no poo (no shampoo) and washing my hair with tap water for 9 months, but my hair is still greasy after washing. Do you use something to get rid of the greasiness? I read that people use baking soda and vinegar to wash their hair, but I never try both. I'm looking forward to your reply.
Andrew's Answer: I find that on a low fat raw diet I need to shampoo my hair much less frequently - usually around once every 7-10 days - but I still do it on occasion.
I've experimented with using baking soda and water and it works well enough.
