Versatile Lettuce Wonder-Wraps!

I love the perfect simplicity of this 'recipe'.
Take a lettuce leaf. Pick a big nice one from your favorite variety. I just use romaine as it's super easy.
Cut up a big tomato or use cherry tomatoes for a great flavour punch as you bite into one!
Put the tomatoes in the lettuce leaf.
No that's not all, don't worry.
Then you put a banana, bobby or normal on top of the tomatoes, or for fear of breaking the food combining rules, you can use nice big pieces of mango, and if you're not too worried about having too many ingredients at once, quarter a cucumber and chop it into little pieces to squeeze in there as well.
You may want to add another lettuce leaf on top to sort of double wrap the whole thing. That won't stop the tomato juice sliding down your hand though!
And finally, make ten of them to have for dinner. You will find these versatile wraps surprisingly addictive!
It's also fun just having big bowls full of the ingredients and layering them differently every time or trying the different fruits, banana and mango with different types of tomatoes or different lettuces.
I like banana and mango the most, but experiment yourself and you'll surely discover your personal favourite!
Bon Appetit! Happy low fat raw vegan living!
