What Vegetables Have Sodium?

Angelika's Question If celery is not available, nor spinach, is romaine salad okay to cover sodium or should we use seaweed like nori or wakame?
Andrew's Answer: Leafy green vegetables, including romaine or any other type of lettuce, will cover all your sodium needs. Leafy greens are very rich in the minerals our body require to function.
Nori, wakame and other seaweeds are filter feeders. They are the liver and kidneys of the oceans, and since the oceans contain all sort of toxic chemicals, including dumped medicinal drugs, fertilizers, pesticides, and spilled oil, when you eat seaweeds you get a concentrated dose of these toxins.
They also likely have excess salt washed onto them. Read about the danger of consuming salt
