Where you will re-read it frequently. Somewhere along the line people started believing that if they read something or heard something that "It" was Truth. The Truth is very few things you read or hear are, indeed, the Truth. Even worse is styling your life on second-hand information.

Research.....research....research....and add liberal amounts of discernment. And go past the first two pages when Googling something.

This is directly related to those that think that supplements and vitamins will make them well. Yes, it can help...but if you want to save yourself a lot of money and frustration just learn not to buy boxed, frozen or canned or non-organic and you will be taking a quantum leap in the direction of perfect health.

The key to life....wholeness in balance. We have a nation and world of people who are clueless what balance means let alone how to achieve it.

Take a breath....sit down....nothing worth learning, no wisdom garnered.....will be done so in a day - or even on the first try. Edison took almost 1000 attempts to make the first electric light. Asked if he thought these were failures he said "no, that the lightbulb was an invention with a 1000 steps".

We should apply this to everything in our lives.
